Days Inn Hotel & Conference Center La Crosse, La Crosse

Upon check-in, my room had filthy sheets and dust in the corners, giving an overall old feel. I couldn't change the channel easily. However, the staff raved about the delicious dinner, and John was exceptionally helpful. The service was friendly, but I noticed they had to handle many complaints due to the shabby condition of the hotel. The location in LaCrosse, WI, was quite nice, albeit unexpected closures. The dining offered smelled like smoke with dated furniture, which was disappointing. The facilities seemed lacking adequate maintenance.
